If living in the south is where you are, chances are, you already heard of the city called Tagaytay.
Easily accessible by the neighbouring cities of Laguna, Cavite and Batangas via Tagaytay-Cavite road.
Tagaytay City is known for the overlooking of the Taal Volcano, which is known to be Batangas' own.

Tagaytay is also known to be a people's park, knowing that the city has a cold climate.

It is a place where you can enjoy the cold weather, still enjoy a simple horse ride.

Vigan City, A Northern Spanish Heritage of the Philippines

The Philippines was colonized by Spain for more than 300 years making the Philippines inherit culture, language and religion.
We all know that Spaniards and Spanish people are Cathlolic people having the calendar full of holidays that are Catholic related. Given example for one of the Holidays that the Catholics celebrate is the Holy Week, or a week of sacrifice for them not eating meat or sometimes, they do fasting.

Vigan City, Ilocos Sur is located North.
The place is known for vintage houses, it is also a place of culture since it is full of different museums that you can only see there.
It rarely rains there since it is a hot region in the Philippines.

Vigan is also known for their empanada or orange puff pastry with eggs inside.
What I can say is that their food is cheap yet worth a try.

What Baguio City, Philippines looks like, and why is it the Summer Capital

It is located in the North of the Metro Manila, around 4-5 hours of travel time is needed for you to enjoy the cold weather of Baguio City.

The climate in the city is 10-14 Celsius during the Summer Time and drops to around 7-10 celsius during the Christmas days.

One of the famous landmarks in Baguio is the Lion's Head that is located at the Kennon Road.
It is a good place for photo ops and Instagram pose.

Of among the destinations and landmarks in Baguio City, the Burnham Park is the most Famous since it is located and a walking distance from Session Road.

The Burnham Park is a place to enjoy kayaking, simple picnic in the park and renting a bicycle. 

      

The best way to enjoy the overview of the city is by going to the Minesview Park. Aside from getting a chance to enjoy the overview of the city, you can also enjoy riding a horse and buying souvenir items.

Aside from that, you can also pick fresh strawberries from the Strawberry Farm.

The strawberries are fresh and also sold per kilo.
